My personal journey has taken me from chaos to calm and eventually led me to qualify as a yoga teacher at the age of 50.
With over 500hrs of training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and FluidUS, yoga is an intrinsic part of my being and the background to enormous positive change. I have experienced and witnessed how focus on our wellbeing can life-changing for the better.
I believe true success can only be achieved when you feel valued, supported and cared for and this starts with looking after our mental and physical health.
We are working and living at a faster pace than ever before. Achieving balance in both our home and work life can seem impossible at times. Finding ways to cope when times are tough is essential.
Positivity can sometimes be hard to find but by understanding and listening to ourselves and our needs we can nurture the seeds of vitality deep within us. We can strive for and achieve, happiness and balance in both our physical and mental wellbeing.
