What? Why? Who?

What is flippadip?


Based in both the UK and Singapore, Flippadip provides wellbeing solutions in both corporate and personal environments by sharing practical techniques to help individuals grow towards wellness.  Sessions are available in-house or remotely.

Why flippadip?


Enormous changes in the last 30 years, including our use of technology, have contributed to us working and living at a faster pace than ever before.  Achieving balance in both our home and work life can seem impossible at times.   By investing in our physical and mental health we can find ways to cope when times are challenging and 'flip' a potential 'dip' in our wellbeing.



Who am I?  


For nearly 30 years a corporate environment has been my backdrop to the inevitable personal changes that we experience over such a period of time. 

From my beginnings in HR, to board level support, I have been immersed in a  world where I have seen clearly that success can only be achieved when those around you feel valued, supported and cared for.   


As a qualified yoga teacher and life coach I have experienced and witnessed how focus on our wellbeing can enhance and enrich our lives.  


Positivity can sometimes be hard to find but by understanding and listening to ourselves and our needs we can nurture the seeds of vitality deep within us.  We can strive for and achieve, happiness and balance in both our physical and mental wellbeing.
