I believe true success can only be achieved when you feel valued, supported and cared for and this starts within by looking after our own mental and physical health.
My personal journey has taken me from a life of chaos, depression and exhaustion to a world of calm, positivity and vibrancy. I know first-hand how stress and anxiety can affect our daily life and how difficult it can be when outside pressures overtake our wants, needs and dreams.
Having worked in a corporate environment for nearly 30 years, my life unexpectedly changed and led me to qualify as a yoga teacher at the age of 50. With over 500hrs of training, yoga is an intrinsic part of my being and the background to enormous positive change. I have experienced and witnessed how focus on our wellbeing can be life-changing for the better.
