I am proud to share my story of how I changed from a person who looked at the world with cynicism and negativity to one that sees joy and positivity around me.
We all go through difficult times and challenging or upsetting events can be what make or break us. I don't want anyone to feel the way I did when I was at my lowest and I want to share how I overcame personal challenges to turn my life around,
By looking inward at my patterns of behaviour and learning where and why they had developed, I was able to see the reasons why I felt so unfulfilled and unhappy.
Finding ways to manage my stress and anxiety was key to freeing space in my mind to process experiences and understand my thoughts and emotions.
Nobody has a perfect life but I'm finding ways every day to make mine as happy and fulfilling as it can be. I am living proof that it is never too late to change your life or your work and that anything is possible if we believe in ourselves.
